From the early 1990s to today, we have constantly invested in modernizing our facilities to improve productivity performance while fully respecting the environment. Growth, innovation and transformation in compliance with new standards and regulations to guarantee high product quality. And, like a curious child, we will never stop looking for new solutions, giving shape to our - and your - dreams.

Towards new frontiers! M&H Innovation Co. Ltd is established in Taiwan, with the purpose of serving Italian and European fashion and sports brands that manufacture clothing in Asia.

With the 2000s, we decided to complete our service by producing not only the filling for sofas, jackets, pillows, duvets and quilts, but also the fabric to contain it. This is how fabric finishing was born, within which various processes are carried out. Continuous growth to improve processing methods, employing increasingly advanced operating technologies and with the automation of some phases of the process.

In the 1990s, the bedding filling market also required the use of new raw materials as an alternative or in addition to feathers. We thus began an intensive study and research activity to experiment with the use of synthetic or natural fibers (corn, viscose, tencel,...) through innovative processes, developing a new production facility for the transformation and blending of down-alternative products.

At the beginning of the 1980s, the possibility of diversifying production by using it directly in the manufacture of bedding products (pillows, duvets and quilts) led to the creation of a line of down and feather filled products under the Molina brand.Scelta strategica fondamentale è quella di modificare il processo di lavorazione delle piume al fine di “personalizzare” guanciali, piumini e trapunte in base ad esigenze specifiche.

The decline in raw material availability (geese and ducks) characterizes this recession phase: the market witnessed a contraction in the farming of these animals in Italy and a change in the population's eating habits. From being an exporter, the country became an importer of feathers (from France and Eastern Europe), allocating the product primarily to the domestic market.L’industria del mobile imbottito, nel frattempo, vede un sensibile incremento, così come quella dei manufatti destinati all’abbigliamento invernale che, poco a poco, diventa il nostro principale segmento di vendita.

After 1945, the increase in Italian raw material availability and the growth in exports allowed us significant development, with considerable investments in production machinery.

- selection of raw material (to separate feathers from down);
- washing of materials;
- sterilization of materials for use in the upholstered furniture sector (armchairs and sofas).

We were founded in 1926 by two cousins who, following family tradition dating back to 1850, dedicated themselves to collecting and selling feathers and down. This is evidenced by a German-language document, yellowed by the passage of time, which permitted one of the partners to travel abroad to sell down in France, Switzerland and Austria.
